Kindergarten Information Night: Wednesday, December 3rd - 5:30-6:30pm

Kyffin Elementary is a collaborative community that uses innovative teaching and learning opportunities to maximize student growth and individual success.

Kyffin Elementary is a kindergarten to fifth-grade neighborhood school with a GT center program. We have received multiple awards including The John Irwin School of Excellence Award and the Governor’s Distinguished Improvement Award.

Kyffin is a collaborative community where teachers, support staff and parents work side-by-side to provide a world-class education. The KyffinStaff works to ensure there are high levels of learning for all students. 

This includes being attentive to academic growth and recognizing that the social and emotional growth of students is critically important as well. We support the growth of students through the following programs:

• Regular SEL lessons
• Schoolwide PBIS behavior structures
• Tech Buddies mentor program
• ELF Science
• Digital Citizenship lessons
• Lunch Book Clubs
• Oral Interpretation (Spring)
• Battle of the Books (5th grade only)

We partner with several outside organizations and many of our staff members and parent volunteers offer after school enrichment programming to support our students:
